- Products should be unused or gently used.
- Items should be in their original condition whenever possible.
- Original packaging is appreciated but not always required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Hygiene-sensitive products that have been worn or washed
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Photos of the product
